The White and Yellow Cross entrusts MultiMinds with its analytics challenges for the next 4 years
After an intensive search for a partner in digital analytics, tag management and dashboarding, the White and Yellow Cross has chosen MultiMinds. This decision followed an intensive pitch process that began with an initial selection round where 11 parties were evaluated, followed by a Request For Proposal round with 4 companies. MultiMinds emerged as the clear winner, thanks to several decisive factors.
MultiMinds convinced the White and Yellow Cross with its competitive pricing and extensive experience in working with larger and more complex organisations, specifically within the healthcare sector. Their use of the latest advancements in digital analytics and dashboarding demonstrates a progressive approach. The efficient project approach and the strong experience of the team, both strategically and technically, also made a significant impression. These factors ultimately led to the signing of a 4-year contract.
Siegert Dierickx, Managing Partner of MultiMinds, expressed his enthusiasm about this new collaboration: ‘We are extremely proud that the White and Yellow Cross has chosen us as their partner for the next four years. The complexity of their organisation and the challenges within the healthcare sector offer us the opportunity to fully leverage our expertise. We look forward to working together to elevate the White and Yellow Cross' digital strategy to the next level.’
Roel Tilkin, Digital Communication Strategist at the White and Yellow Cross, highlighted the reasons for choosing MultiMinds: ‘For us, it was important to find a partner who is not only technically strong, but also understands how we want to roll out our digital strategy within a complex environment like the healthcare sector. MultiMinds has demonstrated that they have these capabilities, and we are confident that they can help us achieve our goals.’
With this win, MultiMinds takes another significant step in its growth trajectory and strengthens its position as a leading player in digital and customer data analytics. The collaboration with the White and Yellow Cross promises to be a fruitful and successful alliance, with both parties striving for innovation and efficiency in an ever-changing digital landscape. In addition to projects focused on data collection and dashboarding, challenges related to first-party data, job analytics and social media reporting will also be addressed.
